  19. I seriously doubt that USR has any clue about customer satisfaction.
  20. I can at least understand that customer cupport on the Sportster is
  21. done so badly because they make less on it than the Courier, but
  22. this is a for-profit transaction, and to give such lousy delivery on
  23. one order really reduces the chance that people will ever buy from
  24. them again.
